Looking for someone who can:
Set up marketing campaign to increase inbound lead & enquiry
Make data driven decision
Develop and execute PPC/SEM, display, content and paid social marketing campaigns to meet and exceed aggressive lead generation and new customer acquisition goals across
Manage campaign budgets, channels and expenditures to meet efficiency targets.
Drive A/B and multivariate testing programs to continually improve ad copy and creative, landing pages, bidding strategies, etc.
Analyze performance, and develop and drive appropriate action plans based on conclusions.
Test new marketing channels and ad products. Own the process from tracking and technical integration to optimizing, and determining success.
Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials
Set up, QA and run A/B tests using tools like Optimizely.
Ensure tests get up and running, and willing and able to help product and marketing team interpret results and present them to management without bias
Ideal candidate will:
Have a BA/BS degree
Make decision based on logic and data
Understand various marketing channels like paid mobile acquisition, social media, content marketing, SEO, Email marketing
Have exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
Be willing to measure everything, admit failure
Have ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while paying attention to details.
Have HTML/CSS/JS skills to be able to set up Optimizely test is a plus
